Happy  Easter! I hope you had a day filled day joy and love. I know everyone loves Christmas, by my "Christmas" is Easter - it is my favorite holiday! I didn't do a pre-Easter post, but I made sure to share last year's again! (Here it is, if you missed it!)

Last weekend, Nick took me to Texas Tulips. It's the only U-pick Tulip field in Texas and was just the cutest. It's $2.50 per person for admission, then $2.50 per stem. Maybe a little pricey, but you are supporting local farmers and getting a fun experience. It's much more active than seeing a movie, plus you get more memories, for about the same cost! It can get a little pricey though, so be sure and consider the cost when pulling, especially if you have little ones. It adds up quickly.

Anyway, when I found out we were going to go to the tulip fields, I knew I had to figure out a cute look. I mean, how could I go there, and not shoot some pictures?! I decided to go with this Judith March Dress, that I had picked out to be my Easter dress. I don't know what it was this year, but I struggled to find an Easter dress. I was like "here, come take my money" and no one wanted it.

As a little girl, my sister and I always got a new Easter dress, and a new pair of white shoes. It honestly doesn't matter what you wear to church - it should just be your best. I'm not saying wear a tuxedo, but you should at least look as decent as you do at work, you know what I mean? When I found this dress, I said that's the one, and snatched it up. It's perfect, right? I love how fun the tassels on it are and the multi-color look is so fun! Right on trend, if I do say so myself! (Did you miss my top 10 spring trends list? Catch up, here!) It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I know I'll be able to wear it to weddings, showers, and even on our honeymoon! We just booked it to Saint Lucia, so if you have any tips, send them my way!

Do you have any Easter traditions? We usually have ham, but this year, Nick made a lamb, and it was amazing! Traditions and familiarity are great, but sometimes, it's good to switch it up! Really the most important thing, is spending Easter reflecting on God's goodness, with those you love...it has nothing to do with what food you eat or clothes you wear. Have a great week, y'all!
